0.18mm (Tefon) PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric With Adhesive Tape High Temperature Insulation Tape

Teflon coated fiberglass fabric with Adhesive tape  PTFE coated fiberglass with one side coated silicon pressure sensitive adhesive tapes for temperature resistanceup to 260°C. This product offers excellent self adhering properties eliminating the need of secondary gluing procedures, it can be used on heat sealing equipment . It has a continuous service temperature of 260°C and can be put through a thermos setting cycle. This cycle is generally 4 hours long and requires the adhesive to be heated to 200°C. The tape has a crinkled yellow release liner for ease of removing which also ensures the adhesive is well protected prior to use.                        

PTFE adhesive tapes application: they are most frequently used in heat sealing applications within the packaging industry for covering the sealing jaws in packaging machines.
