PTFE Coated Open Mesh Belt

We can supply a full range of open mesh belting products specifically for textile and screen printing dryers. Our open mesh Belts are widely used for drying of screen printed and dyed textiles at higher speed and higher temperature. Mesh size of 4 X 4 mm and 2 X 2 mm provide a high percentage of open surface area, creating maximum airflow and sufficient operation with minimum heat loss.Width and length stability of the belts are retain over full range of operating temperature and available in width upto 4 mtr.

 

Usage:

PTFE open mesh belts are used in screen printing to transport imprinted materials through drying ovens and cooling chambers. These belts are long lasting and perform well over a wide range of operating temperatures.
